My girls. They sure are growing fast. It seems like only yesterday, I could hold them all on my lap at the same time.

I haven't spent much time with them lately. It seems you just get so caught up in the little things in life, that you tend to forget what really matters....

I never made a New Years resolution, but I think I will now. I want to spend more time with my family. I haven't seen Mema, in over 3 weeks, I was suppose to go up on Friday, but I woke up with a earache. My Aunt has been home for over a months and I haven't even gone to see her, shame on me.

So my wonderful thoughtful hubby, got me oil gear today... He figures I'll be needing them working in the bait fish.. There is just one little problem , he got me a size large. My whole body just about fits in one leg, and the coat is so big, its sad... He said that by the time I get all my clothes on, it should be alright... How many clothes does he think I have?:)
I've been having a ball with my scanner. I've been doing old pictures, so I can send them to K&S. I scanned a bunch of pictures of Angies, kids and sent them to her, and I know she was glad to get them.

The Phone Call !!!

So tonight I get a phone call from my daughter, K&S (Tammie). Hi Mom, how are you doing? Not bad I say, is something wrong? No just wanted to call.Its always so wonderful to hear her voice. So Mom you have to start blogging more. I blog more then you do...
So here I'am... So what to write about? OK I did a purge today... I decided to get rid of the Christmas decorations I haven't used in the last 2 years. OK so I did that... Now I think to myself, I should go through all the tote containers I have under my bed. They are full of stuff I've been hanging on to forever... Well I wish I hadn't even started that one.. Like I told Dan tonight, the next time I get to thinking like that, would you please kick me in the ASS.
I had 5 huge ones under my bed,2 of them were full of crafts stuff. Things I haven't touched in years, 1 was full of books, I only saved a few of my favorites. One by Max Hines, a couple by Ann Rule, Life With Billy by Brian Vallee, Maritime Mysteries, One on Graphic Arts, and one on Science.I almost forgot My favorite of all time. Dan got me a book By Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Sherlock Holmes.It contains , the four novels, and fifty-six short stories complete. It weights about 10lbs, so believe me its not one to read at night in bed. If you fell to sleep reading this you could do yourself bodily harm...
So all I have left to do is a old trunk, and my closet. Now K&S, you know why I don't blog very often I have no life. Just this little house to try and keep clean.....

What I've Been Up Too!!!

I made a rappie New Years Eve, early in the morning, so I wouldn't have to spend the first of the year cooking a big meal. We went to a party in Wedgeport, and brought the New Year in with wonderful friends. Unfortunately I forgot my camera at home(dah) .. Dan had to be to work for 7:30am New Years Day, witch sucked, but aleast he had Christmas Day off this year.










My older brother Burt came to visit. I was so pleased to see him. I haven't seen him in over 6 months. We laughed , and cried.










Then my youngest brother Bruce came in. Dan got home around 2pm, and I sat and listen to them talk about hunting and fishing. I love watching the actions they go through when they tell there tales. At times I laughed so hard ,I had tears rolling down my face.

On Tues night my neighbor and I played bingo. And guess what, we won.. We really did , we won 1 thousand
dollars!!!! We were so excited, that poor June when she called it in she couldn't remember where she lived, it was wonderful ... A who plays with us wasn't there , but we cut her in for a share, so we all ended up with $333.33 not bad at all. We play again tonight.

I've talked with K&S on line almost every day, its so good to be able to keep in touch, and to know she's happy. Well I guess thats about it for now... Everyone take care ...
